Your privacy is closely guarded by the company and NO information whatsoever is divulged to a third party without the person/s consent.

When the company recieves a requirement from a client, it goes through its database to identify a suitable candidate based on the job specifications provided.

The company then contacts the person/s concerned to identify their availability and seek their approval for it to submit the resume/s. Resumes are submitted only upon the approval of the person/s concerned.

Should reference checking be required, the company contacts the person/s concerned to advise and update them on their progress. The company then requests them to nominate, based on competency, three (3) referees for the company to proceed to obtain references.

Upon obtaining the references, the company then provides the client/s a document reflecting the referee's comments. This document is marked PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL.

Every effort is made to keep current the resources in our database. Hence, it is in the interest of the person/s to provide the company with accurate, up-to-date information or advise the company of any changes as required.

The company maintains a high security level at all times.
